I'm a Portuguese visual artist living in Germany. At the moment, I am studying communication Design.

Art accesses our unconscious mind and our true self. And there, I find my truth. Plus in the creative solve-problem that the Design can bring!

In addition to my creative processes, I provide Art Therapy and Family Constellations.

I bring other areas of study to the sessions, such as Systemic Therapy, Body and Somatic Awareness, Anthroposophy, Theory of Colours and others.

Besides the individual sessions, I organise Art Classes and Art Encounters (group art sessions) where I work with various themes through art therapy, group dynamics and systemic exercises.
